Food is critical for human survival. It also impacts people’s health and the economy. At Sentum Scientific, we strive to strengthen the food security situation, especially in Sub-Saharan Africa. We seek to ensure that all people have access to adequate, diverse, and nutritious food and access to nutritional knowledge information.

We are also involved in different food safety dimensions, helping develop measures for foodborne illnesses prevention through the food chain. We also support sustainable agriculture measures as a source of income and food source, taking into account the issues of climate change.

Working with international partners and industries, we utilize our expertise in environmental, health, and behavioral sciences to lead evidence-based research projects to improve the food security situation to reduce malnutrition cases and improve the economic status of individuals.
